3. Terms & Conditions

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed once we receive a signed agreement and/or deposit.
Final payment is due 7 days before the event.

Hire period

Standard hire periods are based on the package agreed (e.g. 2 hours, 4 hours, full evening).
Extra hours can be arranged at an additional cost.

Delivery & setup

Delivery is free within 15 miles of Hemel Hempstead.
Beyond 10 miles: £0.30 per additional mile.
We handle setup and collection. Clients must ensure suitable access to the venue.

Use of equipment

Guests are expected to use equipment responsibly.
Damage caused by misuse may result in repair/replacement charges.

Unlimited prints

Unlimited prints are available only when a host is booked for the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than [30 days] before the event: full refund.
Within [30 days]: deposit is non-refundable.
Within [7 days]: full balance may still be charged.

Liability

We are not liable for events outside our control (e.g. power cuts, venue restrictions).
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by UK law.
